The average delivery time is 24 days. In the best case it is 18, in the worst case 40 days.

Why can't you deliver faster?

All LeetDesks are highly customizable, which is why we can't have every variation in stock. That's why every LeetDesk you buy is made just for you - and that takes a little longer 🙂

The delivery time for our Entry models is 2 to 5 days within Germany and 4 to 8 days outside Germany.

It may happen that parts of the desk and add-ons are shipped separately and arrive at different times or days depending on the whim of the parcel service. Unforunately this is beyond our control.

Once the products are shipped, you will either be given one or more tracking numbers to follow up, or be contacted by the shipping company via a phone call.

Delivery by the shipping company is "free to kerbside". Once your order has been dispatched, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Please allow a time buffer on the agreed delivery day to allow for any delays by the carrier.

What does "Free to kerbside" mean?

"Free to kerbside" means that once the delivery has been unloaded, the delivery is complete and the carrier is not obliged to take the delivery to the point of use. However, in most cases, the hauliers are kind enough to bring it to the point of use if you ask them nicely and kindly. However, please be aware that they are not obliged to do so. So please make sure that you have enough strong helping hands to carry the delivery inside on the day of delivery.

However, before you add 3 monitor arms to your cart, we recommend you rather choose our Triple Monitor Arm.

The maximum span per arm is 75 cm. This span supports e.g. a 32 inch monitor in the middle and two 27 inch monitors on the outside.

Yes - that's not a problem! However, it's much less effort to attach the add-ons when you first set up the desk. Since the desk is still upside down when you assemble it.

The PC holder can handle a load of up to 20kg (44lbs). For more detailed specifications, take a look here.

No, it is enough to buy one cable tray. You get one half for both sides. The halves are attached left and right while the middle is kept free to provide space for the monitor arm for example.

No, our cable management rails come in 2 halves. You only need to buy one rail to recieve both halfs of it.

Please reset the LeetDesk:

1. Press the 'down' button once for approx. 5 seconds until the display shows 'RST'.
2. Release the button.
3. Press and hold the 'down' button again. the table will automatically move down a bit, then up again.
4. Everything should work again.
